Return Policy

There are no refunds or cancellations of pictures of any kind. In the event of an error, all pictures or items printed incorrectly must be exchanged out for the reprints. All photos and items will be delivered to the team or organization unless other options have been arranged and listed on the front of this contract. We are not responsible for dirty or torn uniforms, bruises, scars, issues with hair, makeup, or the subjects not being corporative while being photographed including not smiling. We will perform a basic retouch of acne and minor spots on their attire for a fee of $10 which is listed as an option on the order form. All errors must be brought to our attention within 72 hours from the time the pictures are delivered. Please email us with the issue, child’s name, level, team, sport, school or organization so that we can better assist you.
